No contracts, period. We provide telephone, email, online web conferencing and on site technical support. Our rates are reasonable and allow you to hang onto your arm and leg! For those questions that can be answered in just a couple of minutes, there is generally no charge. Feel free to call, leave a message or email those questions to us. For project-related, “need an immediate answer” questions, we also provide online desktop-sharing technical support. This allows all parties to log onto a website and both see and operate the other’s computer. This is sometimes the best support option when you have a problem you just can’t get around and time constraints won’t allow us to get together face-to-face. |
